Why is my dashboard empty after import?

Common causes - The file was uploaded but the import has not finished processing. - The export is missing the date or amount columns the importer expects. - The records were imported into a different workspace than the one you are viewing.

What to check 1. Confirm the import status in the import history view. 2. Make sure you are looking at the correct company workspace. 3. Re-open the import mapping and verify the required columns.

If the data still looks wrong Use the sample file download from the demo banner and compare it to your export. If the sample works and your file does not, the issue is usually the column mapping or the source export shape.
